Sharps Brewery

The Sharps Brewery project was to move the shop from the Magento platform to Shopify within a tight time frame. I worked alongside two other agencies and took on the lead developer duties to duplicate and improve the site during the migration.

I was the agency Shopify expert, and so along side developing the pages and features of the store I also had to lead investigations into which tech and apps we would use to provide the best customer experience and also sever the needs of the merchant.

I also had to liaise with two European developers and ensure that the code they produced was of a good standard and manage the code base overall to ensure the workflow worked in an efficient and optimised fashion.
